• This is a Daily Shared Tour operated using a Shuttle & Relay System, allowing us to guarantee daily departures with no minimum participants required. 

• This tour differs from conventional group tours. Guests may change vehicles and drivers at designated transit points, and local guides are assigned separately at each destination.

• Shared Tour: The number of participants may vary each day depending on bookings. Some parts of the itinerary may have only a few travelers, while others may be combined with additional guests.

• Transportation: This itinerary covers destinations across different regions of East Java. Please expect long driving hours between destinations.

• Schedule: All times shown in the itinerary are estimates. Departure, arrival, and transfer times may change depending on traffic, weather, operational conditions, ferry schedules, and local regulations.

• Waiting Time: Waiting between shuttle transfers may occur depending on passenger flow and daily operations. Waiting times may range from a few minutes to approximately one hour, particularly during low season or when passenger numbers are limited.

• Accommodation: Room allocation (Twin Bed / Double Bed) is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Solo travelers will share a room with another guest of the same gender whenever possible. Private rooms are available with an additional charge.

• Midnight Departures: Both tour days begin shortly after midnight. As a result, sleeping time is limited throughout the tour.

• Meals: Meals and beverages are not included in this package. Local restaurants and food stalls are available along the route, including at Bromo and Ijen Basecamp (Paltuding). Breakfast provided by the accommodation, if available, follows each hotel's policy.

• Mount Bromo: Sunrise visibility depends on weather conditions. During weekends, public holidays, and peak seasons, heavy traffic inside Bromo National Park may affect access to certain viewpoints, sunrise timing, and the overall itinerary. These conditions are beyond our control.

• Ijen Crater: Blue Fire is a natural phenomenon. Visibility depends on volcanic activity, weather conditions, safety regulations, and local authority policies. It cannot be guaranteed.

• Ijen Local Trekking Guides: Local guides are assigned separately at each destination. Their primary role is to assist guests during activities, ensure route safety, and help with photography.

• Language: English-speaking local guides are limited in these mountain areas. Some local guides may communicate using basic English.

• Physical Activity: This tour includes trekking, stairs, uneven terrain, and moderate physical activity. Participants should be in good physical condition and comfortable with long travel hours.

• Best Suited For: Independent travelers who enjoy adventure, flexibility, and exploring multiple destinations within a limited time.

• Not Recommended For: Travelers expecting a dedicated vehicle and guide throughout the journey, a luxury or relaxing holiday, professional English-speaking guides at every destination, or a seamless premium travel experience.
